social values

We understand that along with achieving your design and construction needs, it is important to fully engage and deliver on any Social Value Policy for your building project.

our social values

Working as part of the community is important to us, and we adhere to the Modulek Company Social Values.

This important element of our business ethos is shared between our whole team and each staff member is accountable to meeting and delivering our objectives and this is embedded through the complete design and build process.

support the local workforce and local economy

We use local approved contractors for each project who are passionate about their community.

We utilise local supply chains for the delivery of materials to support the site finishing elements adding economic revenue back into the region.

support the local community

We commit to giving back to the local community and donate to the Grace Trust, a charitable foundation that works with over 450 charities providing an extensive coverage for our giving in all areas, to ensure it reaches a local level nationally.

adding value to each project

We deliver presentations and site visits to children, parents, teachers, community members and project stakeholders, showing the process and benefits of our hybrid construction methods and sustainable designs.

Provided as a full turnkey package and completed in just 12 weeks, the project shows how our hybrid off‑site modular construction methods bring speed, certainty and minimal disruption to active school environments.
