Modulek has been awarded a place on Lot 2 – Modular & Prefabricated Building Services of the NHS Commercial Solutions Framework for Modular & Prefabricated Building Solutions and Associated Services. This framework provides NHS and public-sector organisations with a legally compliant, efficient route to procure modular buildings covering design, supply, delivery, installation, and ongoing maintenance.

Modulek’s appointment under this lot expands its capacity to deliver high-quality, flexible, and sustainable offsite healthcare infrastructure, supporting NHS organisations in responding rapidly to procurement needs while aligning with modern methods of construction (MMC), health-specific building standards, and wider social-value objectives.

Modulek has been awarded a place on the LHC Procurement Group’s Modular Buildings Framework (MB3), continuing its involvement following the previous MB2 framework. This latest framework sees Modulek secure a position on the newly introduced Healthcare lot, marking a significant development in the company’s strategic focus on the healthcare sector.

Modulek’s successful appointment to the Healthcare lot reinforces the company’s growing role in delivering healthcare infrastructure solutions and modular healthcare facilities across the UK.

Modulek has a place on the NHS Shared Business Services Modular Buildings 3 (MB3) Framework.

With over £1.1bn spent through our Modular Buildings Framework Agreements since 2017, NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) provides a trusted, compliant route to market for the NHS and the wider public sector. Eligible healthcare and public sector organisations can purchase, hire or lease offsite buildings from off the shelf to full turnkey solutions.
